Do the manual setup below.

1. Open Outlook Express (Start > Programs > Outlook Expresss).
2. Go to Tools > Accounts to add new pop3 account
   
   
   
   
3. Click Mail Tab, click Add, and choose Mail...
   
   
   
4. In the Display name text box, type your name, click Next button
   
   
5. Select I already have an e-mail address that I'd like to use.
6. In the E-mail address text box, type your e-mail address (for example, username@lanset.com)
   
   
7. Click the Next button.
8. Enter the information of mail server:
   Mail Server: POP3
   Incoming mail: pop3.lanset.com.
   Outgoing mail: smtp.lanset.com
   
   
9. Click the Next button.
   In the Account name text box, type your Lanset username.
   In the Password text box, type your Lanset password.
   Check Remember password, if desired.
   Click the Next button.
   
   
10. Click the Finish button
